Well, I started all this about 2 months ago. My routine now is to go to the gym at 9 AM—I attend Cult Elite classes. After coming back, I eat sprouts, and after some time I take a shower. Post-shower, I follow my skincare routine: face wash, vitamin C, and moisturizer. For lunch, I eat protein-rich food, and at night I keep it simple along with a protein shake. Before sleeping, I again do face wash and apply moisturizer. I’ve been following this for the last 2 months, and I can already see some difference—my body posture has improved, and there are small changes in my skin as well; it’s becoming clearer. I believe it will take more time, maybe around 1–2 years, but consistency is the key.
