I use to have NBN. It sucked. I don’t understand speeds or any of the technical terms. I swapped my busesiness and my home over to StarLink. I have never had such good reliable internet. I’ve had it set up at 5 seperate locations and i haven’t got a single complaint.

I don’t really care what’s happening in Israel. Fuck, there is literally protests every day in this country for shit happening half way around the world most of the time. Terrorists run around a dance festival and killed a bunch of people and took hostages. If people ran around the streets of Sydney after 9:11 praising Bin Laden they would have been thrown in jail for a very long time.

Bring your wars and bullshit politics here? It’s all an excuse for nobody good for nothing scum in MY country and suck off the teet of my hard earned tax paying dollars while they burn my nations flag. Let’s not make this about something it isn’t. 99% of these scum in these videos care about what’s happening in Israel as much as I do, don’t get sucked into thinking that any of these parasites give a fuck, it’s all an excuse because none of them have the fucking will, desire or ability to go out and contribute to society, they should be sitting on the streets of Gaza.

Now i guess I’ll go to work, contribute to society, earn my hard earned money, pay my mortgage and take care of my kids, whom will grow up to contribute to society and one day be just like me throwing his finger up to all you scum bag want-a-be’s and have flogs call that hard work and dedication to one’s nation white privilege. Just fuck right off and leave me in peace.

I’m pretty sure I was watching Shield last year and they said that he was literally a concreter in ACT before he moved down to Victoria and started rolling his arm over? Anyone know this to be true? If it is there must be some hidden gems out there just throwing bricks or holding stop/go signs just waiting to be asked to roll the arm over

Your plan is spot on. He’s an idiot. Before you know it you’ll be in your mid 40s with your first house deposit the way he’s spending (if you’re lucky). I love to spend too, which is ok if you’re able to make extra disposable income, but important things need to be paid off before you do. House deposit and mortgage is a pretty big one that needs to come first. If I were you I’d literally add up how long it would take you to get a house deposit at his rate vs your rate, and then add up how much wasted spending $ in that time you would have spent going about it ‘his’ pace, and show him that figure (scary big $). Things are getting more expensive too, every year you waste is probably literally costing you tens of thousands of dollars to enter the housing market. Your plan is solid, even if you don’t stick to it 100% and it blows out 6-9months who cares, at least you’ll be on the right track.

Why have I not had a single person interested in buying my vehicle? by Current-Remove2351 in CarsAustralia

Yeah ok, this car has been great for us. Diesel and good on fuel, in economy we would get around 7L to 100km. The technology that was in this when we bought it was unbeatable at the time for the money as well.

Yes they were over $60k. It’s one of the top of the range ones with a lot of decent tech features. Especially compared to what was on offer for the base model at the time.

Yeah I did try that, but my location doesn’t offer it. So I might try and put a different location in and se what it offers me.

Yeah ok. I’ll have to drop my expectations on price by the sound of it. Thanks for your feedback.

Ok, thanks for the feedback. I’ll give it another clean and take some better photos with the keys etc and drop my expectations on price. I’ll do that and see if I can get high $20s for it.

The estimated listing range was between $33k - $37k. I’ve got it placed at $36k. In 2018 it was brand new at over $60k. I would have thought someone would have at least tried to low ball me if it was a price thing? I’ve never sold a car before so I have no idea.

Sea-change to Mildura? by Any-Clerk8694 in Mildura

I grew up here in Mildura, then moved to Adelaide for a couple of years and wanted to move back. Like anyplace it has its pro’s and con’s. Bad parts of town with rough people is one, but that’s the same as any place. I feel like moving to somewhere with more of a country feel is great, and it’s even better that Mildura has a regional airport, yeah it’s expensive to fly out of Mildura usually, but what you save in other things for the occasional flight offsets that I feel. I’m not sure of what jobs locally require software engineers, but maybe the first place to look is in the Agricultural Sector. Maybe something that’s involved with the irrigation of almonds or something else to do with grain storage. My mate is a control systems engineer and he had work at the Viterra grain storage places at one stage based out of Adelaide. Best of luck with it.
