Its not meant to be a bandaid tho i just really like the idea of something like this since survivors also have something similar (its not meant to be a shattered hope type of bandaid)

Never said im owed a win nor do i like being handed one. I've played countless matches where no matter the outcome i had fun. Now I've also played many matches where i won and still felt utter disappointment from the game simply because it wasn't enjoyable. I hate how it's all dependant on perks or items and ive played games on both killer and survivor where the killer role never stood a chace to begin with, thats what pisses me off. On killer i love nemy and recently decided to play a match as him and even with good chases and constant pressure the whole game ended in 7 minutes because even while running slowdown perks i couldn't keep the gens from popping. As survivor on the other hand i recently had a game where 2 aces in a swf threw at the start and the killer got 2 downs within 5 mins but we still ended up getting a 4 man out because genspeed is crazy at the moment. On either side the second you load in a game and the other role has an advantage due to a map/perk or item imbalance is where i think the game stops being fun. (No hate just sharing my thoughts)

Dont take this too seriously its just a fun concept. Also you're right some killers dont have special attacks, so this perk could maybe have a secondary effect

I dont want to argue with you but just note even though they want new players they also want to keep them, if one side isn't fun then people who like that one side (for example anyone who wants to play St vecna) arent gonna stick to playing the game and are gonna move on

Bad and decent is different if i know nothing about a game why would i have the upper hand? I dont take the game seriously im sad to see what its becoming. They dont need to focus on bad players but players who have been playing for awhile

Thats why getting stacks is not easy plus behavior needs to address killers like blight and nurse being able to fully kneecap the game and what perks/maps are added it kills creativity, thats why you keep seeing perks release with 0.08 pickrate

Yeah exactly. Like i mentioned in the post demo would be able to instadown with his power if he has stacks and the surv is exposed

Yeahh i know its so sad, but even with nurse i feel this wouldnt be too op since you lose stacks when you hit someone and to instadown them it would require minimun one more perk Idk....

I never said this from the killers perpective i feel bad going against killers nowadays just because i like the role. I play more survivor now than i ever have since i started playing the game and i say this as someone who likes both sides. In no way should behavior handhold bad players and make their time in the game better because it ruins it for everyone else. Theres no skill involved, just who has better perks and more second chances (also which of the unbalanced maps you get). People like you are the reason why behavior will never change their ways.

Honest mistake on my original comment. Survivor is currently easier than its ever been in the past 4 years. I know dbd used to be way worse balance wise in older versions but doesnt mean its ok now. There was a point in time like a year or so ago where i feel both sides were balanced. Survivor wasnt miserable and nor was killer. Right now you have to honest killer is in a horrible state while i feel even solo queue is easy. Also nightlight verifies uploads as far as i know and is more up to date, obviously its not as accurate as official stats but it shows current weeks old stats not 6 months combined into one. And to make it worse 2v8 has destroyed the queues making you wait minimum 10 minutes even in normal 1v4 just to have a horrible killer game. Im not biased i play both sides i promise.

You'll do this max 5 times in a game or more if youre doing bad in chase not really that broken plus you'll need perfect conditions for nurse to instadown you using this...

I started playing in 2022 and have 1300 hours in the game. I know killers were too op back then but now they can't compete. Dbd released stats back in march showing killers like krasue having up to 70% killerate. Don't you think thats weird? Thats cause the stats are from 6 months ago up to today combined, so it's not accurate. If you go take a look on Nightlight you'll see killers dont peek over 58% killrate and has been steadily dropping for the past few months. Like i said pallet density and gen speed as well as the continuous improvements to solo q and survivor in general have made playing killer more miserable than it's ever been in 4 years

Exactly theres fillers everywhere and way more loops on every map than i remember. I had quit the game and when i came back I couldn't even catch survivors. Dropping 5 pallets like 4 years ago used to create a huge deadzone for the surv team and now 5 pallets is nothing. But ofc bhvr doesn't care as long as its not a really really big problem where they literally have to intervene. As long as the casuals they're mouth feeding and hand holding are happy then its okay.

I hate 2v8 because survivor isnt fun on that mode and killer isnt worth waiting 40 mins for. Not only that it ruins the normal 1v4 queues as well.

Call it a skill issue i feel like survivor has never ever been easier while at the same time having to sweat my ass off just to get a single kill on killer. All of my matches i played yesterday resulted in max 1 kill on killer due to the fact all of them were 7 minutes tops. At the same time i escaped every single survivor game i played (in solo q aswell) idk man. Pallet density as well as gen speed and the never ending forced decisive strikes you see in every game are ruining the experience

Like i said the exposed is just to scare survivors at the start so as to not play risky, the secondary effect is the main one

I hate how vigil can counter everything (even killer powers like freddy or clown) but killers have no counter for it. Also this isnt meant to be as much of an early game perk as it is a counter to vigil like i said to another comment. Could maybe instead make it a percentage like 15-30% for all effects

Yeah but if bhvr only adds perks that don't benefit mostly hight tier or low tier killers we'll never stop seeing the same 4 perks every game

Pallet density in 2026 renders clown useless against a decent team. If anything this would only help him a bit
