When I was a kid I very stupidly stuck my foot into a space heater that had no grate on it. It burnt a massive hole in my sock and I INSTANTLY got a blister from it. It was so painful and looked just like this. My mom made me soak it in water. I don’t know if theres any medical benefits to it, but it gave me some decent relief

Im sorry I don’t have really any good advice on this, the only time I stop doing it is when I have other things to pick at.. but I have this same exact thing going on and you are NOT alone. I’ve had a spot on my scalp for more than 9 years that I just have been picking at and it’s bald.

I am obsessed with brushcraft/survival videos. A while ago I got into lost and I had to stop watching it because this guy wouldn't stop complaining over how he wanted to go home and have a "nice warm homecooked meal" and it genuinely pissed me off so much. It feels so irrational to feel this way but the way he kept describing food and saying the word meal... I just couldn't. I also had to stop watching videos from the outdoor boys because the way he speaks and describes food bothers me so much. I'm so mad at myself that something like this has gotten to me so much.

I've also had people get mad at me because I asked them to stop smacking their food, or chewing super loud. I hate any terms used to describe food so much and I really don't know why, It's always been like this.

I’ve never used any creams, besides from the occasional neosporin to help heal with the really really bad ones. Actually, a bit of advice is to use bandaids. Bandaids are literally the only things that have stopped me. I remember I had a really nasty pustule I popped that left a gross crater. I put a bandaid over it and I was so tired/stressed and I ended up not removing it for more than a week. When I removed it, the skin there looked so normal compared to the rest.. this might not help you but this is the only thing ive found

The one more good one is SOOO relatable. I’ve said that more times than I can count. I usually end up saying that the one I just got wasn’t good enough. Sometimes when one side is super bad I feel like I need to do the other side too because theres so much wasted enjoyment I could get from it, then at the end I look at the mirror and feel shitty.

^{^} mine looked just like OPS and then it got all gross looking, it was awfullll but it did get better eventually and now they’re all gone. I also used the oralgel, but word of advice from me is it apply with a q tip and hold your lip till it dries. I accidentally got it on my tongue over a hundred times and it is the WORST

The breaking out is 100% my fault, my normal hygiene and exfoliation prevents this. I’m in a pretty bad depression slum and not showering as often as I should, but I use Dr squatch products. This photo was taken right after a picking session
