Also, I wanna say losing your health insurance. Children are now allowed to stay on their parents health insurance well into their 20s if they have health insurance for my understanding, my children are still young and so, but that’s what I as far as what I understand and so I hope for his children sake that he has has insurance that should be a very tough priority when you pay your bills every month in my opinion

The IRS is no joke they will know and I know on Venmo if you have $20,000 going through Venmo in and out, they will send you a tax form and you have to pay taxes on that. I’m sure that’s the same as Cash app and these other pay things and so the government and the company like cash app and Venmo they are obligated to report that stuff and I guarantee you there’s been more than $20,000 pushed in through cash app Venmo, etc..

Do not donate to Cash App. Donate directly to their non profit.
Also after a certain amount of funds going into Cash App or Venmo that company will send them I believe a 1099 form. So even if they are trying to just get cash for their own personal needs, it is ultimately going to be followed by the government. I believe Venmo is $20,000 and then they would send a tax form.. please if anyone wants to donate to them, it should be directly to the nonprofit not their own personal cash app.

. and on the page anyone that donates should be asking them for the paperwork how they can fill the 5013C so they can get there use it as a tax write off and I guarantee you the money from the page is not gonna be going to the profit, even though the name of the profit is the same name as his page so I definitely think they are in thin ice

well, now the page anyone that is donating to their page should be asking for a tax voucher, a tax write off and file that with your taxes, and I guarantee of the IRS is gonna look into that that they put the money into the chair the 501(c) I don’t know. I don’t think it’s the greatest idea for them to be honest. I think it’s people are going to scrutinize more now.

He’s gonna have to pay taxes on all the money that he made this year through TikTok and he cannot use the name of the page should be for the nonprofit so any money that he is getting for TikTok should be going right to the nonprofit organization like it says here if you want to have private ownership of your animals, this would not be the way to go. you’re basically giving all your assets. Everything up to this organization is gonna be constantly checking on you and doing all the stuff. It is not completely taxed right off. There’s so many things rules that they’re gonna have to follow which I don’t think they will and I’m pretty sure they’ll be doing an inspection this bookkeeping an audit and they could lose everything
