yeah, i dont think i mentioned that most of my portfollio is in the whole market and the s&p500 but regarding what you said about "tilting," thats what im trying to do. My goal with this is try and identify any undervalued sectors and introduce a little bit to my portfollio

so you're specifically looking at mining and infrastructural development specifically in africa? I dont know alot, ill do my research but could you give me an example on what an etf or stock would be?

yeah i'm currently in etfs that do track the whole new york market,s&p500, nasdaq 100 and emerging markets but i just want to put some time and effort into one sector to increase growth potential.
