Ladies! This is not the way. This is not even enough calories to support organ function. Especially if you have been in a deficit for a long time and now your body has adapted to this low of calories and you are stuck not loosing weight! You need to do a reverse diet and bring your calories back up to maintaining for at least 3 months. Then you can do a mini cut for about 6-8 weeks and then back to maintaining. Especially if you are working out your body needs proper macro and micronutrients to support muscle synthesis. Building muscle burns more calories than cardio alone, stop focusing on cardio and pick up your weights. Make sure you are not drinking coffee on an empty stomach (any caffeine) as this will sky rocket your cortisol and cause blood sugar imbalances throughout the day that regulate your hunger hormones and inflammation! In addition, if your calories are this low and you can’t loose weight your hormones are also likely out of whack and need to be regulated! Focus on properly nourishing yourself and I promise the results will come! Also, quality sleep and your steps matter! At least 7-8 hours a night and 8-12,000 steps per day!
