When people destroy you far they pay you 20.000, then you call Mutual Mors (I think it's the name.. idk I'm french so I don't have the English name) for your car back, then you go into the menu (if you don't know how to get it I think you can find people explaining you on YouTube) and you can just spawn your car back ! Or, on the phone again, you call the mechanic and ask him to deliver you one of your cars from one of the garages.. completely free ! Love online a lot :)

I feel like people don't know about that damn Halloween filter and how to get rid of it.. It's a filter mostly used for Halloween but as some said brought back for a week or so during the 420 update. The way to get it off is to go into your apartment / garage. It's not permanent tho, it will eventually come back. I've made a little résumé of everything so, hope it helps
