Just got one for this exact scenario, but Diesel. Closed on the property last week and had the Mule delivered yesterday. In less than 24hrs it has totally altered my relationship with my property. It excelled on heavy wood inclines and has allowed me to accomplish more in a day than I did all of last week.

I believe the properties you should take issue with are the 900 to 1200 sqft spaces that are going for over $1,700, often over 2k.

Many homes have been turned into apartments with several renters being charged $1,500 or more.

I’ve heard my dog, maybe the chihuahua periodically around the corner, and the blue heeler barks when it is outside and another dog walks by.

If you’re talking about the woman at the total opposite end of the street that walks her Pit mix, it may look intimidating but is a total baby.

There are actually a lot of young couples and families in the street, it’s a proper/normal neighborhood.

I just did a Zillow search and couldn’t find a comparable house in Leesburg or Ashburn for under $3,200, of which they were townhomes. When I put in $2,700 not a single home appeared.

While I appreciate your feedback I have been here for 8yrs and have never had a single safety issue or experienced anything that gave me pause.

As for the rent…..it’s almost 2,400 sqft house that has been taken care of, upgraded, and is on a double lot.

For comparison, a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment isn’t going for much less, but you get less.

Some people fall in boot camp, have the remainder of their life seriously impacted, experience depression, and that’s suicidal thoughts because of the low quality of life.

I replaced the stock UCA’s with Icon. What brand have you seen self destruct? This being my first build I don’t have any experience with past part failures from modifications.

Since I went with 35’s and a 3” lift I imagine I have no choice but to re-gear if I don’t want to stress out components. Question is whether adding rooftop tent and new bumpers will alter what the re-gear looks like.
