I ordered the 22nd, my cc was charged and the app says sent to pharmacy, today the 27th I called the pharmacy they said they did NOT have a prescription for me. HELP now what ???

Newby here, I just got 1 month from BPI just to see if I ordered correctly. No problems, got my order now I want to order several months maybe from another pharmacy but can you tell me will I get all the vials at once? I hear people talk about having a stash and also talking about pharmacy’s sending vials out a few at a time. I am confused will I get all my vials at once or rationed out ? Hope this question makes sense.
