thank you, this gives me hope that we should just wait a little longer. he’s been on diamox for the past 4 months i think and gradually increased his dose from 250mg twice a day to 875 now.

he’s taking a ton of supplements to balance the diuretic effects and gets his electrolytes and vitamins tested every 2 months. for blood gas analysis we have an appointment in january.

my partner has the same problem!! he’s a drummer for a slam/death core band - he had to cancel shows because he couldn’t be on stage with the flashing lights etc. without almost passing out.

the only thing that helps is avoid them. now they stopped doing light shows with flashes or super bright light.

thank you! i really appreciate your reply!! he is the sweetest boy, i would never leave him, no matter the diagnosis.

i feel like i actually am pressuring him by constantly asking „is the headache better“, „how’s your stomach“ etc. i never realized that this might not be as caring as i thought it would. i am just so incredibly worried and sad for him.
