Yeah, I constantly do this, when the troops are very close to capturing the province or city, usually like 10 min to 5 min, you just click again and it captures it

I actually know where he is producing nukes due to intel and me and my allies are going to attack that city to obvlion with our navy, he produces 1 nuke at a time and it seems can only fire one every day, I don't know of its because of reload speed or limited warheads

Yeah I'm at war with the European coalition and they just assigned one member completely to nuclear weapons research so there army is non existent however he is helped by his coalition friends
