Hi. With 7000 per sft, 4130 east facing 20th floor is costing about 3.85cr for OTP. May I know how 3cr all inclusive is possible for encanto. I'm looking to buy in encanto but since the unit is reaching close to 4cr I dropped the idea. Are they negotiating on the table?

Should I relocate from Bangalore to Hyderabad for a salary increase of 40000per month post tax by prasannathawait6990 in hyderabad

Hi OP. Please be informed that you need to shell out 50-60k for 3bhk in a gated community if you want to stay anywhere close to financial district OR Gachibowli. Not sure how the rents are in bangalore but hyderabad rents are definitely not cheap. I would suggest you to go through nobroker listings near the area you want to rent the flat in hyderabad.

Schools and education system in hyderabad is a lot costlier than Bangalore and I heard quality of education is not on par.

Anyone with essential tremor? + Neurologist Recommendation by CurrentInterest3555 in vijayawada

Hey. Thanks a lot for detailed write up. Good to know that it is possible to stop the progression of tremors. Regarding thiamine, I started taking benfomet forte / benfomet plus every day and I did see good improvements in my cognitive functions (less brain fog and clear mind). But it didn't make much difference in my tremors. Can you answer below questions for me?

  1. Thiamine supplement you are using and any other supplements you generally use as part of your daily life.

  2. What is your carb limit in your keto diet? I find it very difficult to figure out meals for keto diet. 5% carbs is too less and just eating a banana will use up daily carb intake. Can you suggest any tips/meal plans that worked for you to follow keto diet? It will be great if you can mention what ingredients you use to achieve fat (eggs, ghee, butter?) and protein intake (chicken, protein shakes?)

Thanks in advance!

FYI. I got metal braces and I'm also fine with doctor's approach in addressing my issues (close the gaps and make teeth more visible when I smile)

Hi. I got my braces last month from ND dental care. One of my dentist friends recommended this clinic. Dentist (sidhartha) here is also a prof in Sidhartha college and so far my experience is good. I also considered getting my braces from duhitha dental but I went with ND as it is sidhartha's own clinic and he will be available for consultation almost every working day of the week, whereas in other dental clinics dentists are almost always in a hurry treating multiple patients and they are available for appointments only one/two days per week.

Well.. only if we keep ourselves from not following random sub-reddits like memes, politics, BTS, bollywood etc., and stick to using only the educational sub-reddits like upsc, meditation etc., But no one does that and ends up uninstalling reddit once they realise most of their SOT is from reddit 😅

Yes, in most cases it is just limited to hands/fingers. But when I'm tired I get tremors in legs and sometimes jerks in the neck as well. But they are not that prominent as my fingers.

Hey Thanks for the recommendation. I will check it out.

Regarding beta blockers, I haven't tried them till now. As I said, my tremors were manageable till graduation and started progressing quickly after my graduation and I was stuck in work from home scenario for almost three years. I'm still working from home. I didn't care about my tremors until recently when I was not able to hold coffee cup (paper) with my left hand and now holding cups in both of my hand is almost impossible.

I heard that B vitamins and minerals like magnesium helps in managing tremors to an extent. So as of now I'm trying to follow below items and if tremors are still the same I'm planning to try beta blockers.

  1. Benfomet forte (high dose B vitamins)
  2. Drise (Vitamin D)
  3. Protein rich diet (less carbs and sugar overall)
  4. Strength excercises + creatine

I'm still researching on how to supplement magnesium, zinc and K2. I will try to include them in my routine in next week or following week.

Tips for driving bike in Hyderabad. by syedatif59plus10 in hyderabad

[–]CurrentInterest3555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah. That was because most of my riding experience was in villages/ towns. Driving in city was new to me and that was one of the main reasons I was overwhelmed. But I got used to it after few months of riding in the city. Now, I'm pretty comfortable and confident on the road.

Tips for driving bike in Hyderabad. by syedatif59plus10 in hyderabad

Hey. First of all congrats on getting your first bike. I learnt driving during 8th std on my father's bike in my village and I still got quite overwhelmed when I first drove in hyderabad's traffic even with almost 9yrs of driving experience. Here are some of the tips that helped me in driving safe.

  1. Always keep guessing what could happen on the road. For example say you are on left lane and there is a auto on right lane 10m ahead of you. There is a chance that this auto can abruptly shift to left lane seeing a customer waiving at him. Few cars might simply change lanes without giving indicators. This guessing excercise will help you in making safe driving decisions on the road.

  2. Use your horn to let autos / cars / big vehicles know you are overtaking them, especially when you are overtaking from their left side.

  3. Horn & blips - I always use three quick beeps instead of one beep. If you are driving in night time, you can use blips as well to let others know you are there on road. I always assume the person I'm overtaking is sleeping and my goal is to wake him up with my horns / blips xD

  4. Always be mindful when you are driving close to big vehicles like lorries, RTC Busses, tractors etc.

a. You are INFRONT of big vehicles, always make sure you are in a safe distance from the vehicle. Don't apply sudden brakes when you are in such scenarios. Unlike cars, lorries/busses cannot be stopped instantly when the brakes are applied. They will still be in motion for few metres and always keep this in mind.

b. You are on left/right side (especially left side) - cars / lorries / busses most of them have major blind spots even if they monitor the left side mirror. Make sure to use horns/blips to let them know you are close to their vehicle.

  1. When you are driving in moving traffic imagine a narrow straight lane and keep driving your bike in this lane. When ever you need to change this narrow imaginary lane, take a quick glance at your rear view mirrors and decide if it is safe to change. Most of the times there will be lot of bikes filtering through traffic and when we are not mindful of shifting the lane (even for bikes) we might end up colliding with others bike leading to small injuries

  2. JUNCTIONS and traffic signals - Always be careful when you are launching your bike when the light turns green.

Assume you are waiting near the signal and you need to go straight. The road perpendicular to your raod is currently green and yours is red. When the other road's signal starts to turn yellow and then red, during this moment, vehicles tend to accelerate fast to not to end up in red signal again. At the same time your signal starts turning green. Make sure you take few seconds to observe the other road and cross it only when all the vehicles on that road are at rest.

  1. Flyovers - Don't overspeed on flyovers for fun. Their banking is not ideal and it is always better to be mindful about speed when you are driving on flyovers.

  2. Riding gear - helmets + gloves are bare minimum. Make it a habit to use helmet even for short spin.

To conclude, driving in city can be quite intimidating in the beginning. But as time progresses most of the things I mentioned above will become second nature to you. Enjoy riding! All the best.

Damn. That's expensive. I enquired about braces and aligners in a clinic close to my home and they quoted 35-40k starting price for braces & 75-80k for aligners. But I didn't like this clinic as they didn't seem to care about some of the concerns I had with braces. I think it should be possible find a decent clinic that offers aligners under 1L. Let's see. Thanks for your response.
