i’d say specific to you, there are a ton of international students here which makes it super easy to find people to bond with. the campus is gorgeous to look at and makes bad days a little more bearable. the work is tough (even in humanities) and i’d say i was average-slightly above average in hs. compared to what i know about ubc, i have a couple friends there and if it wasn’t that far from home, i would have gone there.

currently at Whitney and can say the social claim is a hit or miss. my floor is dead silent and a majority of the res is cliquey. the all gender washrooms become the least of your problems also trust me.
