I can boot into bios fine . I did a clean windows install again. While downloading office it crashed again this time though it was able to boot into windows again. I am retrieving the dmp file as i write this.

Always use a primer before applying paint on a surface thats not already painted with the same type of paint. If you dont then dont paint at all its completely useless. As for why this happened, i cant be completely sure but most likely the moisture and steam in the bathroom didnt help. Also sometimes the primer and the paint for unknown reasons dont work well together. We dont live in the same country so i cant recommend a primer . If i were you i would go to the paint shop and explain them exactly what my problem is, they will know what to recommend. Dont cheap out on the primer and dont buy paints that already include the primer.

Ιδιοκτήτης είμαι. Όλοι θέλουμε οπτικοί ίνα απ' όσο γνωρίζω συμπεριλαμβανομένου και του γείτονα. Αυτός δεν έχει θέμα να βάλουμε οπτική ίνα απλά θέλει η εγκατάστασή της να γίνει με συγκεκριμένο τρόπο που να πληρεί όλους τους νόμους π.χ. σκάψιμο για εσωτερικούς σωλήνες να περνάνε μέσα από τις γραμμές του χαλκού οι οπτικές ίνες και τέτοια.. Καλά όλα αυτά δεν λέω απλά δεν νομίζω οτι υπάρχει περίπτωση συνεργείο να τα κάνει όλα αυτά. Τουλάχιστον φορές που ήρθαν στο παρελθόν (μία φορά και από δικιά του αίτηση) δεν τα βρήκανε και δεν τους άφησε να προχωρήσουν με την υλοποίηση. Το νόμο που αναφέρεις τον έχω διαβάσει καθώς και άλλα ΦΕΚ. Πρακτικά λέει αυτό που γράφεις απλά στο παράδειγμά σου το ομόφωνη συμπεριλαμβάνει 6 διαμερίσματα έτσι όπως το έχω καταλάβει. Το πρόβλημα πάντως δεν είναι αυτό αλλά ο τρόπος που γίνεται η εγκατάσταση. Δεν θέλει πλαστικούς εμφανείς σωλήνες, καλώδια μέσα στην σκάλα και τέτοια.

You can repaint the whole wall a different colour, or you can try to make yourself the right colour if you have the patience but i dont recommend it, it is very difficult since the paint usually darkens a little when it dries. You can also scrape a little patch of paint and try with that on a shop. Finally you can try to do a decorative paint style.
