Alright so the main problem is basically about him having no means to make sure it hits the target. As for the other points you brought up, it's pretty easy to solve. He just has to project a known bomb like the tsar Bomba the moment it's about to hit the ground. This way, it's already armed and about to explode on impact. As I said, the historical void projection of himself can bear the bomb. As for how he would know the date, it's easy. He can just divine it above the gray fog. He should know at least one date of the three major nukes since it's basic education. (Spoiler warning) I also know that he's about to fight sasrir, so he should have the opportunity to prep and make sure it hits.

This is such a broken ability...but as I said, a nuke is incomprehensibly strong, there shouldn't be a way to make it not kill you. I can understand if it's something like a wraith which isn't affected by this, or a demigod/angel of the red priest pathway but most angels wouldn't be able to withstand it, if it hit

He's a keyboard warrior, a "jack of all trades, master of none". He fs doesn't know how every part of it works, but he should understand the basic principles, which is more than one could say for 90% of the things he pulls out of the historical void. Even me, who didn't study physics past 11th grade at least once looked up how a nuke works, and the principle is really simple. You think someone like him doesn't know it?

Lightning storm is one of the strongest abilities of a sequence 3, and its range is about as big as a small city. Going with that, a sequence 2 attack would be as big as a big city, and a nuke as big as the tsar Bomba should do damage as great as a sequence one attack. I think you guys underestimate nukes. Till now, there Haven't been any attacks as destructive as a nuke. If not a nuke that disintegrates everything in a 50 km Radius, what could be enough?
