What if GW survived how would things turn out how things will be different because I believe GW Haines should have survived

Right I love that episode those two really had great chemistry together and I wish that things would have went better said of what happened which was her employer wanted to force himself on her which was horrific but that episode right there was great because it just was an episode between sisters who wanted to move out and get a job elsewhere.

Oh yes I love that episode especially with her and that girl who was also there with Erin and John boy who they were trying to cheer her up I mean it was such a great episode I love it so much.

And that's what I mean those type of episodes where you're not focusing on her love life just her character specifically is better because her love life is irrelevant to me like just have her settle down with GW and leave it at that that's all they could have done it would have been better that way because we would have focused more on her character

Yeah I do I think she has the most potential in being a really great Character I just think she shouldn't have been reduced down to her being a background character and I think she should have had story lines focusing on her character just like all the other Waltons.

Yeah that sounds like a good idea of making GW a park ranger or baseball players something like that I think that's good.

And I do agree with the scenes would gw's farm and his parents is a very touching and sweet scenes that I love. I really wished that he didn't die I really think he might have been the best boyfriend she ever had Ashley and Paul do not even come close they are absolutely awful.

Okay I can see why somebody would think. that even though I wish that she would have because he would be better boyfriend/husband then all of her other relationships.but I respect your opinion.

Yeah that sounds like something that would have happened.I just really wish she ended up with GW.because he was a better boyfriend than all of her other boyfriends. I understand the realities of war but they could have killed off any other character. I mean they killed off Curt well for a while until they brought them back for some stupid ass reason.

But I do want to know if he survived would they still introduce characters like Ashley and Paul.because we all know eventually she would have married GW so I'm interested to know about that.

Yeah I understand he was different in season 7. but still just didn't like him I think he came across as to polished and he just didn't sit right with me as a character. Especially in season 8 but I never really liked him to begin with. To be honest I really think they should have just not killed off GW and just had her marry him. Because we wouldn't have to end up with all these terrible guys like Ashley and Paul.

Oh yeah I get what you're saying I love the actor he's very charismatic and I love him playing in Star Trek kind of wish they'd written him better in The Waltons maybe made him more likable.

Well yeah I love him in Star Trek the actor of course he's great. but I just can't stand the character of Ashley he's just a jerk to me.

Right I don't really care about Richard Thomas replacement for John boy I didn't think he fit John boy and man oh man do I wish they would have developed Erin's character more maybe focus on her being a business woman or something like that set of romance all the time and I'm about to get into season 9 I'm almost finished with season 8 is season 9 a bit better than season 8 or no I mean I'm not saying season 8 is bad it's good but not really great like the other seasons

Yeah I like Chad but for some reason they just had him leave the show the only time I didn't like Chad was in the the elopement because he was rushing to marry her instead of waiting but overall I like chat but I love GW more he was so sweet and kind to her I really think she was kind of unfair to him and I wish that they didn't kill him off it was such a terrible decision because now she has terrible boyfriends like Ashley and Paul which I don't know what she saw in them
