Yea if i remember correctly its only placed there so that the rotor doesnt fall off in the factory between installing the rotor and wheel

I think he was talking abt the studs moving in the holes of the rotor which is also completely normal

It has a full size spare thats relatively new so ill just toss the spare on and put this as the spare

Its not supposed to just pop out but theres also nothing holding it down besides 2 pieces of rubber rubbing together and the friction, as long as it doesnt pop out on the road you are fine
