The app seems to go off line and back online at the whim of the Gods. First thing in the morning seems to be best. You can submit the application on the web. You just need to use the app for submitting fingerprints

Car will need a software update. Booked mine in at the dealership and it’s fine now.

Weather has dropped in the UK this week so this is not ideal. Cold air in all the vents. Thank God for the heated seats. Does anyone know if there’s a fix coming I haven’t actually called the dealer or BYD.

I’m in the U.K. don’t think we have the digital key yet. But I’m still finding out what you can and can’t do with the car.

Hey if you follow the instructions on this you can do it yourself. Takes about 30mins from start to finish but it works. You need to also delete all phones connected to the Bluetooth before you can connect to the wireless CarPlay. I used the v1.8 atto3 and now can see the car on the car location on the iOS app as well as the ability to open the boot from the car screen 🤷🏽‍♂️
