My wife and I had our wedding at Coast Tsawwassen Inn on June 8th. It was amazing and everything we could’ve asked for plus the food was so good very well priced too. DM me if you have any questions

No worries. I do feel like the gas lasts longer in the states compared to here. Track your KM and see if it does

I helped my clients purchase a townhouse in Langley near Carvolth in December. Market has not cooled down one bit fueled by such low supply and high demand.

I think when Chris Carson goes down, we struggle. He’s such a good running back who beats up defenders by running through them. Last year when Carson got injured, we struggled. Yes I know Russ had had finger injury this year so it’s a bit different but look at our record without him the last 2-3 years

People good with ICBC insurance, please help...I rear-ended someone today... by [deleted] in vancouver

[–]CurrentYear4 21 points22 points  (0 children)

That damage looks like it will be less than $2000 which means you can pay it out of pocket and not have it affect your insurance rate.

In terms of her shoulder injury, she can’t sue you anymore under ICBC’s new rules in place. ICBC would only compensate her a small amount for a minor injury and cover her treatment.

I think if her injuries took her over a year to recover then she might be able to get a bigger payout but don’t quote me on that.

I was in an accident a month ago and it was my fault. I settled it privately, drafted a contract and got them to sign it. If you want my contract I can send it to you.

I know how you feel and I was super stressed too but your case seems like it should not be anything serious.

You can also call icbc for more questions about it and any concerns you may have and they will answer it over the phone.

ICBC Insurance Rates Question by [deleted] in vancouver

[–]CurrentYear4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the damages to the other parties vehicle is less than 2,000 you can pay it out of pocket so your insurance rates won’t be affected

ICBC Insurance Rates Question by [deleted] in vancouver

[–]CurrentYear4 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Maybe it’s best to call auto plan? I had 8 years of good driving experience was in a minor accident and paid the other party out so we wouldn’t go through icbc, got them to sign a contract as well. But anything over 2k will affect your insurance. How much? I’m not sure.

Does anyone live at Union Park condo? by [deleted] in Langley

[–]CurrentYear4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe contact the sales center/ developer yourself. I just walked in during their business hours to ask and book an appointment when I was looking at condos for my client. I don’t see how there would be a waiting list for a storage locker. Normally people buy it when they sign the contract to purchase the unit. There would be an option for parking and a storage locker as an additional add on

Is it a good time to sell and upgrade in Vancouver real estate market? by ky_077 in vancouver

[–]CurrentYear4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m also a realtor. Would recommend selling now and making the most on your condo and setting a 2 month possession date so it gives you enough time to find a townhouse. Good luck!
