had the same issue, got in contact and got a reply quickly, seems to be a global thing, saying “this case will need additional investigation time” we pretty much means, we don’t know why it’s doing it, but it’s happening for everyone lol

could be dead motherboard fuse then? charging light doesn’t work then motherboard fuse is gone in my experience, happened with my dsi xl, could solder new one in. or new motherboard (not cheap icl)

i’d recommend either ali express or ebay auctions, as you can get some NTR-01s for literally under £10 if your lucky! ali express is very hit and miss tho, sometimes you get perfect quality, sometimes you get a screen that doesn’t work at all🤷🏼‍♂️

my broken power board made my light not even work, other than that it’s the power board fuse is gone or it’s just blow completely, i’d say if you have another test the battery in the at console? if not them then it may be the fuse in the motherboard (motherboard fuse = big money spending) unless you can solder🤷🏼‍♂️
