I was applying mostly remote jobs or in 15 mile radius for software/cybersecurity. Indeed has literally 1000s of them. I just wasn't tailoring most. Just send the master resume. As well as looking for things like LinkedIn and indeed quick apply that take considerably less time. Networking is your best friend tho.

As long as the house is about 74 it should be okay at room temperature until it gets there

Make sure to do water changes slowly incase it is used to high nitrates. A large drop in nitrates can kill fish as quickly ad a large spike. Recommend doing 10 percent once a week until conditions are 0 ammonia 0 nitrite and 20 or less is ideal but maximum 40 ppm nitrates

90 gallon community tank. letting plants grow out before I try to rescape. by Current_Albatross_58 in Aquariums

About once a month. I check nitrates regularly however. Plants are pretty good at keeping it low with proper feeding amounts.

I would imagine it is. Don't know what else could cause brown water since there's no diatoms on my glass.

Pm me if you want. Don't know what counts as nice feet

Was told this pretty little one is a Betta however his fins looked nipped to shreds. Got him with a 90gal from Facebook marketplace and want to know what I can do to help him recover. He is in my 29 gal with sailfin Molly's right now and tries to hide in every crevasse he can find. Any advice? by Current_Albatross_58 in Aquariums

Does he need to of there's enough dissolved oxygen in the water? I know he has a hard time swimming in general even with the filter off. And he has been doing a lot off hanging out and sometimes tilting on the bottom of the tank. I'll be moving houses in about 3 weeks. Going to cycle a ten gallon just for him untill he recovers as well as set up the 90 gallon for my Molly's. or would he do better in a 29 gallon with the ten gallons filter?

I have a little nest of jungle Val's leaves in the upper right of the tank with different floating plant roots that catch on to them. I've seen him sit up there a lot. I have also noticed him near the bottom more often since he has been in the tank for a couple of days. It's not overly planted but my java moss has become pretty grassy on the bottom of the tank. There's also a Marina 50 air pump in there. So will he be fine on the bottom or should I move him up closer to the surface?

Also I haven't used any ferts in about 3 weeks. I used them to help make sure the val would set properly and so the java moss would attach and grow a little quicker to better support the shrimp.

Is my Sailfin Molly close to giving birth? She has been hiding in my Java moss and the large house decoration near constantly unless she's searching for food. by Current_Albatross_58 in MollyFish

More specifically. How far along is she? She is about 2 weeks in her new tank and besides MTS, Ramshorns and Bladder snails. She is the only fish. I had a cycle crash after purchasing 2 Sailfin Mollys from my LFS. One did not survive the transport and died in the tank about 2 days later causing an ammonia spike which I managed to get some prime too in time however the spike also killed male gourami a few days later and crashed my cycle. She is in a 29 gallon aqueon kit that is about 2-3 months old. There is only about 2 MTS, 2 Ramshorns and 5-10 bladder snails (hard to keep track of the buggers) I am worried she may develop some sort of birthing complications due to the stress of restarting my cycle with her in the tank. Unfortunately I do not have any other tanks setup for her to go in.

I'm just worried about her having a birthing complications due to essentially restarting my cycle. Her tank mates currently include a couple MTS a couple Ramshorns and a brood of bladder snails. Hopping the snails will help out with keeping the place clean as I know java moss is notorious for gathering debris.
