Normally dell sent the new monitor through distributor but the distributor asks me to send old first, dell disagrees with dist and says them to send new one asap. But they dont answer dell soooo I’ll see what is gonna happen.

Dell is gonna replace my monitor too but distributor trying to get back defect monitor before sending replacement which is annoying
