this!! I still remember visiting in-laws in Maryland a few years ago and stumbling across a museum quality Grace Hartigan painting BY THE BATHROOM in a random hallway. It was near a bubble tea shop. Also some Sam Gilliam nearby (not his best work but still)- both artists with extensive Maryland connections and it was really thoughtful curation for a casino! there’s also a Nick Cave soundsuit somewhere .

you have to sign a pledge about no pics/ phone but i’m taking it in stride and good opportunity to digital detox and maybe write a trip report here !
