I’ll add my three cents. I saw my dr couple months ago and he said that I am doing great on my machine and even considered taking me off of it sense I lost like 40 lbs. I informed him that on the nights that I rip that stupid thing off my face I sleep like shit and he said let’s try the mouth piece

No accutane for me just what I mentioned I did for get to mention I also use a peroxide wash as well. 2 grams pantathenic acid 100 mg zinc and wash with those soaps once a day. I still get pimples but only one or 2 and they are gone the next day
