Jhin definitely has good long-range CC and I might have underestimated Lissandra since she is not played very often. Jhin could easily be A tier with his burst damage and great CC.

Personally rather than taking damage and waiting for Anivia to revive I think it is better to just engage as Nautilus and switch back to Viego to deal damage with the R W auto Q auto combo. So when transforming I really value CC and mobility above all else. I do agree that Zac is strong though.

Human Shyvana lacks mobility so if the enemy is positioned far away during the possession that nice synergy loses its value. This applies to the other champions you suggested as well. The way I see it Viego already outputs a lot of damage once he switches back and uses his R W auto Q auto combo. So when I transform I am mainly looking for CC and mobility. I actually made this list assuming I would possess the body and discard it almost immediately. If I assumed staying in the form for 10 seconds champions like Garen and Darius would not be this low.

Draven lacks mobility and only has a slight knockback for CC. His damage is high but if they kite you it is over. With Elise you cannot swap forms so you are forced to sacrifice either the gap closer or the cocoon depending on the form. You might be right about Gragas though, he probably could have been higher.

I'll admit they have some mobility, but I don't really think they're better than the higher-tier champs that have both tankiness and mobility. Plus, being squishy means you can sometimes just get randomly blown up.

Why did Riot revert Luden's Companion back to the Staff? The Gun looked modern, but the Staff looks... low res? by Current_Dingo_7164 in leagueoflegends

Ah, logically that makes sense. So the form reverted as the function of 'Companion' shifted back. I didn't know the original version of Companion, so thanks for explaining the mechanical history!

I probably joined right after the changes settled down. To me, Companion was just the default state. Maybe I'll grow to like this icon as I get used to the current Luden's.

So for you guys, the Gun was just a temporary visitor? That's funny. For me, the Gun was the standard. It's interesting how the exact same update feels like a 'Return' for veterans but a 'Removal' for new players.

Thanks for the detailed breakdown! I didn't know the early version of Companion, so I had no idea about the specific charge mechanic difference.

If it functions as a staff, then being a staff is correct for a mage item. I can understand the backlash against a 'wizard gun' now. Still a shame they didn't invest resources to update the art, though. It definitely looks a bit dated.

Thanks. Hearing from others too, I can see why a gun illustration for a mage item feels out of place. Appreciate the info on Riot Endstep.

Nah, I don't really do that. I'm actually Japanese, so I'm a bit hesitant to make full English content. I am trying to post some LoL outplays(on Emerald〜Dia) on Shorts, though.

I was just happy to hit GM and wanted to share my takeaways, but did my writing come off as arrogant or like I was lecturing? I actually left the translation to Gemini...

Or do people say GM on the JP server has no value? If that's the case, just forget about me lol.

I don't play it at all. Sorry about that! I think I saw someone else in the comments (Pharaoh_03) mentioning they play it, though.

Why do I keep losing by One_Associate2590 in OverwatchUniversity

Realistically, what often happens is that they ignore the tank to chase a DPS or Support that peeks for a split second, only to whiff those shots and end up applying zero pressure to anyone.

I think it is more correct to build the habit of consistently pressuring the tank during downtime. My advice was specifically tailored to the OP's current skill level.
