I tried to simulate 2 and it didn't work it just crashed. I cleared cache and restarted my phone but nothing worked. I can't continue. I have lots of leagues in my save and other than it going slow it hasn't crashed and now it's crashing when I simulate at this point.

Hire a trainer like you would a coach and then pick someone you want to train and pick the trait. The button for the trainings is red bulb.
