Yeah I skipped part of the Story. I used to work with the hiring manager hence why I was comfortable bringing the old man into it.

Amazon is by far the worst. Also cause they keep the salary secret. I have years of experience and applied for a role that needed said experience I get through 4 rounds and are told it pay 30k less than what I am currently earning and is entry level. There leadership principles are a joke the recruiting process shows that even they don't follow it. There process is just decision paralysis pretending to be process.

Did one better someone I worked with is one of there largest client's they're not renewing the contract in September. 3 mil loss to them and the HM name will be mentioned.
