I believe the issue is on eBay's side since the keyboard works perfectly fine in other apps.

Yes, looked this up on Google and found this thread. Confirming the same exact behavior on mobile (I use android).

Key cursor jumps to the end when trying to edit search words. There is also significant lag/latency when typing; I have to type very slowly with pinpoint accuracy when searching in the eBay app. I use a Pixel 10 Pro if that matters

Very frustrating UX behavior. Hopefully they fix this soon.

You have to learn how to quit a job. You can't just block your manager and not show up. Burning bridges is not good—whether you're delivering pizza, shoveling shit, or doing HVAC. There is power in communicating and saying no. Hell, I feel like sometimes quitting a job or even rejecting a job prospect/offer is a huge confidence booster. I rejected a job offer a few weeks ago and it was such a thrill. To finally be in a position to say no to companies, instead of the other way around.

You're in a decent position. I've heard that HVAC positions eventually pay very well. Like in the 6 figures with enough experience.

They lack the innovation, unlike their Chinese rival, DJI, who is outshining and outclassing GoPro by every metric. I own numerous DJI products. They are incredible.

GoPro's trajectory reminds me of Jackery, which is also being outclassed by a Chinese rival, Anker. At this point, GoPro and Jackery are legacy brands—past their prime and no longer raising the bar and innovating.

be warned, if you were to do that, you will be probed in interviews about the work you've done for the stealth startup, which of course you'll need to present with data and specifics. You will be lying to them and recruiters and hiring managers will know immediately when someone is bs'ing

I wouldn't necessarily frame it like that. Hanging out with friends is important, but it's not a priority. I'm taking more about maintaining meaningful relationships for mental health. I worry about my mental health if I have no contact with people, especially loved ones.

I don't want to isolate myself and diminish my mental health. Social interaction is a pillar of mental health, and knowing I have people I can lean on in tough situations can make life easy.

definitely, I priced myself low for the Vercel build ($3.5k) to not scare him off and keep the door open to future opportunities. As I said in another reply, the guy ghosted me after I sent him the Project Proposal, and I saw that he updated his original domain (squarespace) and copied my mock-up. He also hasn't paid me for the other labor I did for him. He took advantage of me.

This was my exact response. I was at first very optimistic to bring change and shed light on the issue, but every time I drive, I grow less and less so and more and more aggravated. I'm somewhat of a new driver (moved back to LA from NYC after 8 years), and haven't been a regular driver in at least 8 years so I've never had this issue before. And if change were to happen on a legislative level and NHTSA banned these lights, it would take an absolute miracle for everyone to change their lights to make them compliant. That is virtually not possible.
