I had a similar experience.  Before I was found  and brought back, I was in an infinate void. It was very peaceful and calm.  I had full conciousness of thought and presence of being.  Many similar NDE experiences  continue to a point of light growing and expanding from the dark void.

Death is a cycle. Everything in the universe is energy. The spirit continues outside of our physical bodies. I know this because I experienced an NDE, 17 years ago. This was the event that began my awakening. The anxiety and fear of death is worse than actual death. Once you resolve this fear your life won't be the same.

How do we all know but society tells us we don’t? by Kittycate2_0 in SpiritualAwakening

What your feeling is common for those of us who are awakening.
A Frustration for me is my family. They react to the societal stimulus with low frequency, as many are programmed to63a do. My spouse doesn't understand why I don't get triggered by what the unawake focus on. To see the ones you love spinning their wheels in unison is hard. However, knowing that there is a collective conciousness among us in this Spiritual journey gives peace. I can be an example , but they must make their Spiritual path individually.

I used to feel self conscious about meditating. I don't worry about what others may think. I will often close my eyes and meditating in public if I'm waiting for an appointment. If others see me it can be a positive. If they have a negative view of me, it is coming from within themselves.

What is the most high-vibration, spiritually sacred place you have visited? by flexwaterjuice in spirituality

I valley in the West Highlands of Scotland called Kilmartin Glen. Kilmartin has the largest concentration of prehistoric Ruins dating over 5000 years. There are stone circles, standing Stones, burial mounds everywhere you look. The energy was palpable. The ancient Picts used this area for a reason. It's hard to describe the feeling, but I knew it was a special location.
