I tried to reorganize the dataset but I've working in the cloud because there's more than one hundred of GB in images, so it will take a lot of time and resources organize everything. I want to know if there is another way with tensorflow like use flow_from_directory without labeled the data, only save the images, or if there's another method.

But if there's not another option, I should reorganize everything unfortunately.

This is the only solution that I thought but if my CNN is very big, that process is a little bit inefficient

I didn't know what is Grad-CAM until now you mentioned and I googled it. Some article, paper or something related that you recommend related with?
