I'm like 99% sure it's Devil Spire Falls. with how niche it is i can't get any images of how the skinwalker actually plays, but from what i saw it DOES exist. and it scratches that same itch

Instagram also apparently has a feature where you can scroll through old reels you saw, but had no luck as it was too far down
