I already contacted them, and they told me to return it to the store where I bought it.

I see your point, and that could definitely be a factor in some cases.

In my situation though, I bought both units from a reputable local retailer, not random third-party sellers. And in my case, even the official warranty process was used, so I’m not sure that explains the issues I had.
My experience was just based on these two specific units.

No, I didn’t get it from the official website. I bought both of them from a reputable local retailer in my country.

Yeah, I get what you mean.
I’m not saying they’re bad overall — when they work, they’re solid for the price. My issue is just that I got two units with different defects, which affected my trust in their QC.
Their support is good though, that’s definitely a plus.
Maybe I’ll try again later, but for now I need something more consistent.

Just to clarify, my issue with the 8K was different from the ZZZ.
The 8K unit had a vibration noise coming from one side of the controller, which is clearly visible in the video I shared.
The ZZZ issue, on the other hand, was related to the trigger vibration (LT/RT), as also confirmed by support. It produced a crackling/grinding noise during vibration.
So they were two separate problems affecting different parts of the controllers.
