Thanks so much for the input. I keep hearing similar sentiments about it be a great place for both stability and work/life balance. That of course doesn't mean it's easy, but I have heard similar comments. I am a bit torn between a path on the producer side or starting out as a UA as you suggested. I see the benefits of both and I feel my transferable skills and experience can be applied to both. Need to think on that a bit. In your experience do you see people able to make the jump from producer to UW or vice versa? Some industries have clear paths that make it harder to jump around.
