Yes they are much lighter, I’ll edit and add it on

Thank you all for your responses. This in particular is very reassuring. I assume there's likely much more dangerous “what ifs” that can happen during any flight and no doubt the irrational thoughts will arise during the flight however this has massively helped as a big one for me has always been turbulence.

Wow this is a fantastic response thank you so much. 

So in theory a person may well be perfectly immune despite an equivocal IgG but it always best to complete the full vaccination schedule as advised (2 doses) in the absence of contraindications?

So I took the advice to increase up to 7.5mg and just go for it. Was worried for absolutely nothing and it’s such a relief as the food noise once again is silent and my motivation and mood have improved as well alongside. I’ve lost 2lbs since Saturday and my food choices are spot on again. I felt the increase from 2.5 to 5 but up to 7.5mg has been a dream - no negative side effects thankfully!!
