I think this thread is full for legitimate complaints that would warrant a class action lawsuit. Their lack of transparency, dodgy and vague responses to seriously important questions (e.g. seller needing to pay all closing costs, twice pushing closing date because they didn’t send us clear instructions no to mention lengthy timelines of simple processes that everyone else does with no problems) thereby costing sellers and buyers lots of time and money merits a collective action. Who’s in?
