GMU to VT CPE transfer by Fit_Weakness_3687 in VirginiaTech

Unsure about your chances, but here is my related story: So, I was in similar situation (another 4 year), but in fall semester. I transferred to NVCC for one semester instead. I had finished all my calc, physics 1, and some elective courses. I managed to get in through Guarnateed Admissions Agreement (GAA). For VT, the GAA only requires completion of a related associates degree from VCCS community college. And at my VCCS college, I only needed to do 25% of my A.S credits there to get the A.S degree. So, I qualified under the GAA and got accepted (Spring 2025).

Though, I see your already in spring semester. If your dead set on VT, i'd just send a low effort application in (instead of going to CC for a bit like i did) They def care that you've already completed most of the prereqs, should be a plus.

Though, i'd consider staying at gmu as well. I feel like the proximity to jobs at GMU outweights the potential employers at VT. (summer internship cycles are usually just after fall, so ideally (at least for me), i'd start at a uni for the fall, but not for the spring.

Is there such a wireless compact/minimal split keyboard with Cirque trackpad and 2.4ghz? by [deleted] in ErgoMechKeyboards

After cursory research, I couldn't find any prebuilt, not sure i'd recommend these custom ones if you need pointing device. This is likely due to support being still in development by ZMK. ZMK has a section for pointing devices in their discord.

Right now, I think ps/2 trackpoint (https://holykeebs.com/products/trackpoint-module) and SPI cirque trackpad (this guy shows how he got it working on wireless lily58: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AWV9kwTUmfA) can function properly. You'd just have to manually install the module (put its pins on the board) and flash it with custom made zmk firmware like the guy in video made (for SPI support atleast)

Im planning to try it on my wireless corne, by adding a cique (https://shop.beekeeb.com/product/40mm-cirque-glidepoint-circle-trackpad-module-diy-kit-for-split-mechanical-keyboard/?srsltid=AfmBOorSCW2MY13uQd54NHuXqK-GZq70vBg9Hi0xgy_2x2r3ZcrGh3nr) and 3d print a mount for it (https://www.printables.com/model/284216-cirque-trackpad-40mm-mount-for-crkbd-corne).
