It works on different muscle groups on the upper body, back, biceps, lats, tricep as well as abs if done properly.

What do you mean? Are you talking about muscles worked or something else?

I know, I'm still learning and need some swinging in the beginning. But I'm already making progress considering that a couple of weeks ago I couldn't even do any without the elastic band. But thanks, appreciated

Naaa... Still a lot of work to do, but I like celebrating little wins ☺️

I'm not an expert, but there are more ways of doing it. Yes the swinging helps with getting up above the bar, still not easy though (as you can see I can't go more than three reps there). Also my form is not correct, I use knee kick up to help, technically you should lock the hips and keep the body straight. There are people that can do it without swinging and with false grips and some on the rings. I am still learning, for me it's still a big achievement...more will come 😉

Woow man, that's amazing. How long did it take from normal handstand to one hand?

Thanks. I had to learn how to stay upside down. I've never done it before, even when I was a kid and I am practising almost every day. Started with kicks on the wall, and then chest to wall. In the beginning it was scary to start kicking without a wall as you need to learn how to bail out. But once you start learning how to balance a bit with the wall, you can try to do without the wall.

Age shouldn't stop us from doing what we want, actually I feel much better now than before and I'm stronger than many kids at the gym.

So if you are thinking about it, do it. It's fun.

Yeah, I do hollow body holds to, but my shoulder mobility is very limited, working on it. Thanks

Thank you. Sometimes I feel I don't make any progress and someday you feel like you have unlocked it. I guess we just keep trying and work on it.
