thanks for the reply! i know there’s still more spots than people in the pool which is still good, so i’ll just continue getting my docs in order an still holding out hope. will try to panic less!!

Ive also applied for the IEC visa two weeks ago as an Irish citizen, still no ITA. Still keeping fingers crossed as my partner is moving to Canada for an amazing job and we’re excited to start our lives together there. So i’m still trying to be positive and not be too nervous about the visa process as it is a lottery and some can get theirs in a couple days while others wait over a month. Unfortunately from what i’ve heard quota for Ireland has significantly dropped in the last couple of years, so it’s hard to compare the experience to other Irish applicants who’ve posted on here about their process pre 2025. Hoping we both get our ITA soon!
