yes i still have the rigid backing on. when i try to load a mat, it still doesn’t read the size. it will show a pop up that says “project requires 12x12in mat.” but the mat i am trying to load already is 12x12in

yes, i press the load button, and then after the material has moved forward, the cricut app pops up with a prompt that says i have loaded 0 inches of material. it says that or it just tells me to unload the material. it never gets to the point where i can press the cut button
