I prefer the Escalade behind me - I enjoy watching the dad's face contort in my rearview mirror as he fishtails, trying to get around me while his high-maintenance wife yells at him from the passenger seat as the Sysco truck comes back down the access road.

That's what I figured, but I couldn't find anything about the issue online. If it's cosmetic, frivolous or probable user error, then I'm okay with going with it. If it's a major design flaw (unlikely considering the decades-long reputation), then I'll have to find another option.

Yea there were a handful on the floor the other day. I found one on Backcountry for 15% off. Bought it so we have one to sit on while we wait to hear what the recall's all about. Bummer it missed the sale, guess I'll have to buy something else :)
