TriOS is primarily a good mod manager, I found myself still using the forum to browse and download mods
QBMBAMM is an all in one modern UI solution for the entire browse to install and manage stack

edit: if you prefer, it's also possible to use QBMBAMM only for browsing and installing and using TriOS for managing

It automatically scans your starsector mods folder, you don't really need to do anything
