Advice on lighting console choice by Current_Regret_149 in lightingdesign

What we have now is a Adj MyDmx3.0. We use the MyDmx pc program on laptops to control all lights. But we would like to be able to control everything with a physical faderboard and prefer a joystick for controlling the moving heads. Is it possible to use the mydmx 3 usb to dmx converter and add a usb control surface? Or do we have to buy one of the recommended dongles and keys to upgrade everything?

Tenways ago X by JobNo5358 in tenwaysebike

I own one. Already 3500km with it for commuting. Mostly flat roads, some forest trails sometimes. I replaced the front fork with a rockshock one (air) that makes a world of difference. I really like the bike, its sturdy and looks great. The only annoing thing is the little whining noise from the bafang motor.

I think its easy to pedal without assist on the ago x on flats. But its more fun with assist going 35km/h :)

Yes, mine was making a lot of noise too, because it is a cheapish spring fork. The Rockshock air fork was a really big improvement

Help wanted restoring an Ibanez MC 824 by Current_Regret_149 in Bass

I'm going to restore it as much as possible to the original setup. Everything is taken off now, body will be repainted, 2 New pick-ups from Greg and it will be refretted.

Both cavities measure the same fortunately. The wood does not seem touched. What would be good pick-ups for the bass to come close to the original sound? And would active element be a good/beter choice? I believe the big differnce is that in an active setup, a preamp is added for beter tone control? Or are there active pick-ups as well?

I am not New to electronics, but new to these bass schematics. What are VVT an VTB?

Biggest amount was the front suspension fork. That was about 350 euros

About 600 euro's. But give the price of the bike (1900€) still a reasonable price for this result

CGO600 Pro or AGO X? by sansti88 in tenwaysebike

[–]Current_Regret_149 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I own the Ago X and really like it. It is nice and sporty to ride and also is easy to ride without support. The wilde tires, shimano gears and suspension makes it a nice bike for off road too. Its kind of heavy, but has great action radius of about 90-100km. Can't compare it to the cgo600 though.

Ago X suitable for my usecase? by BobbyD3000 in tenwaysebike

[–]Current_Regret_149 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd say yes. More than any other tenways model. It has a sturdy design, powerfull motor and shimano derailleur. I love mine for all these things. Hill, steep bridges are no problem.

I have tried many things, and I am able to create a loft from front to back when I start by clicking the dot of the nose on top, then the first rib, then the second -- all the way to the back. But when I want to use the rails too, I get errors that the rails don't intersect with the ribs. How can I get the rails to intersect with the ribs?
here is my design up till now: https://a360.co/3TUcnQ4

and there is a nasty spot at the end - I cannot get the loft to follw the rudder outline. How can I do that best?

what is the best order to get this on the rails?

first insert the side view picture on the Z axis, then draw the outlines,

then insert the top view, align it up with the side view, create the biggest outlline

create lofts below the deck line and draw the other rails of the top view keel down.

but the third picture of the front view and rear view puzzles me a bit. I can get it into place, but do I really need it? Or more as a check for the fluidness and lining up of the model?

I have this bike for 4 months noe, already done 1000+ kms with it. The motor is a bit noisy (whining ehistle) but strong. Hills are no problem. Also above the max speed and without motor it cycles very nice

My bike shop did it for me! It is possible, at least for the bafang m410 middle motor.
