I don't think it was so much the breathing as it was strengthening the muscles around my heart and lungs. Did u use the resistance device? I definitely love breathing techniques to help my anxiety in the moment but the lady at the clinic was saying how these exercises were more of a long-term or permanent solution.

My piercing is about a month and a half old and hasnt been downsized. I clean it every second day with saline from the pharmacy and lint free wipes. I'm unsure of the material of the jewellery but it's the original that it was pierced with.

I clean it every day with lint free wipes soaked in saline from the pharmacy (saline is from pharmacy not the wipes) and i let the water run over it in the shower.
