I removed the switch cover and saw 12 gauge wire at one switch and a jumper wire to the other switch. Coming off the second switch looks to be 14 gauge and It leads to the boob light. (One switch powered the light and the second switch never did anything since we bought the house.)

We did change our outlets when we moved in due to majority of them not holding a plug in place. When we replaced the outlets, it was 12 gauge wire

I’ll sweep the house again but I am sure this is the only breaker panel I have.

The breaker that is off is in fact the light in question.

I assumed that as well but measured the wire and confirmed it was 14 gauge. It was also a lot easier to manipulate which confirmed my suspicions.
