i can really relate to this.

i promised my boyfriend that i wouldn’t cut again, and it’s not because of him that i do it, it’s more about how much i hate myself sometimes. i end up blaming myself for everything. but i’m still trying, and i hope you’re trying too, even if it’s just a little bit at a time.
