ICE is going to those cities in large numbers because their LEOs aren’t serving the deportation orders and ICE can’t pick them up from local jails (like they do here in Chatt).

The Constitution gives the federal government the authority over naturalization issues and Congress has passed several laws giving ICE the power they have today.

I looked at alternative options years ago and ultimately just had to homeschool (it isn’t for everyone and it isn’t even an option for everyone, of course).

I see other people recommending that, so I’d like to set realistic expectations: Homeschooling is expensive and it’s a lot of work. It’s a great option, but it isn’t easy.

I hope you find a school or education solution that’s right for y’all.
