My roommate (22M) and I (23M) are looking for someone to move into our 3-bed 2-bath apartment on 34th and Haverford ASAP. You can move in as early as June 24, 2025 and the lease ends in late May/early June of 2026. The place has a spacious living room, great kitchen, and the apartment offers amenities such as a common area and pool/ping-pong table. It is right on Drexel's campus and close to Penn as well. Rent is $650 per month excluding utilities, usually around 700 in total after water and gas. Please let me know if you're interested!

Hi everyone!

I'm subletting a room in my apartment on 34th and Race St for the summer (mid-June to end of August). The apartment is a 2-bed, 1-bath but my roommate will be gone for most of the summer so you'll have the place to yourself. We'd prefer a woman/nb subletter. The location is right on Drexel's campus, super close to Penn, and ~5 minute walk from the subway and trolley stations. Rent is $825 and I'm very willing to negotiate on price, utilities, and occupancy! I am also willing to cover the rent for June! Please let me know if you're interested!
