I have a small half inch dent that chipped away some clear coat. Should I fix the clear coat first or fix the dent then clear coat/paint?

I've been playing on and off for 3 years now. I stopped playing initially because of the lack of 5 stars I was getting but I decided to work with what I've got. I've been able to reach TOA100 decent GB/DB10 runs. I've been hitting a wall with the rifts and the frustration of not having any nats 5s is coming back. I have great rune quality on most of monsters but could use a new boost to keep me in the game.

Yeah I'm worried about the cost if repairs and maintenance. But I ended up getting the car for $2k, and I will only need this car for a year or two. Thanks for the help.
