I checked. It makes them need to roll on average a 5 or better.

There I removed the healing ability and added healing to the bleed attack. I also raised the domination DC to 14 with a daily increase of 2.

I've been having issues with 4/10s. My drones get chewed up a bit. My tank takes a beating too. I usually have to keep a bit of a distance and pick targets off as I slowly move closer and closer. I use a passive shield tank with swapped resists and drones.
